Quince Express offers vacuum packed restaurant quality food at home, without the cost or hassle of going out. Our Express line of products are all hand prepared in our kitchen Studio, focused on quality seasonal ingredients, organic and local whenever possible. Need something to whip out for home entertaining or a pot luck party? Stock up on Quince Express Hors d'oeuvre. We've got Mini Dungeness Crab Cakes, Portabello Mushroom Arancini (Risotto Balls), Beef Carpaccio, Mini Tortas, and various skewers which you can stock in your freezer, or cheese, crackers and olives which you can pick up anytime.

Looking for great meals for dinner, or to take to a cabin or on a boat? Or wanting a beautiful slow cooked sauce for your roast, but don't time to make it? Pick up any of our soups, appetizers, braised dishes, seared items, sauces, pastry doughs and desserts. Here are some dinner highlights: Minestrone Soup, Lamb Shanks, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Root Vegetables, Dark Chocolate Mousse with Kirsch Cherries. And for those lazy Sunday mornings - U-Bake Croissants and Pain au Chocolat.

Boutique Shop, Café & Bakery

Quince Bread & Baked Goods. Go to our weekly schedule of baked goods. Our killer baguettes and Habanero Bread Sticks are always available, as is our Country Rye. We use these breads for our crostinis, great to have on hand to have with cheese. And don't forget to look in our freezer for our U-Bake Croissants and Pain au Chocolat, great for lazy Sunday mornings at home.

Quince Cafe. Come in for lunch, or pop in for a cappuccino or a spot of our new Spot Tea.

Home Made Jellies. All fruit and vegetables for these jellies are locally grown. In fact, most of the quince for this last batch of Quince Jelly came from Chef Andrea's own quince tree at Fraser and 21st, not far from where she learned the recipe from her grandmother. Her rhubarb is coming up too, making it's way into the Rhubarb and Rosemary Jelly and the Gingered Rhubarb Jelly. True to her much loved grandmother's recipe, Chef Andrea makes her jelly using the organic quinces she grows in her own garden. Beautifully and naturally colored, and delicious on scones and croissants, or as part of a marinade, or as an accompaniment for roast pork, goose or turkey, our jellies makes a great gift.

And new this year is our artisnal Membrillo (Quince Paste), hand made in the traditional Spanish style. This spectacular product is made from the same pure, unsprayed local quince as our Quince Jelly. Perfect with cheese, charcuterie and meats. As Chef Andrea would say, "it's killer!"

You can view the results of Day 2 of our current Class on YouTube: Cooking Class at Quince 9 Day Basics. While we're clearly not getting nominated for any Academy Awards, you can catch a glimpse of the four delicious soups students made in that class - French Onion, Truffled Celeriac, Garam Masala Squash, and White Bean, Chorizo & Rapini. As we learn to use our little Flip Video better we'll be putting more video material up on YouTube, so stay tuned!
